How to make wooden rifle stock
A stock, also known as a buttstock or shoulder stock, is a part of a rifle or other firearm, to which the barrel and firing mechanism are attached, that is held against one’s shoulder when firing the gun.
This project took about several days to make the stock, first pick solid wood, than imagine what will be the most appropriate stock for y, draw it on a paper, and y can start carpentering the wood. This is how i did it.
minute after minute, hour after hour, day after day, the stock got the final shape i took some photos while making them so here they are, Enjoy

I got here through a google search and found more than I expected. It’s not only a custom stock, it’s for an air rifle. it’s no only for an air rifle, it’s for a kral wich is a copy of my gamo cfx!!! I would copy this amazing work you have done there if I could, but I don’t think I have the necessary ability to do it. Amazing work! Did you published your work in any airgun forum?

We just draw on paper and get to work, it is amazing when u carpenter your own stuff u can get the shape u dream for. We did it just for fun cause old stock was just badly done.
that is real nice work!! I need some tips. I am teaching my son to shoot my .22 stock is a little to long for him so i started making one that will fit him nicely it is a verry simple cut out the problem i have is i dont even know where to start when it comes to making the groove for the barrel to sit in. if you have any advice my son and i would realy appreiciate it and i know a stock that fits him will improve his shooting alot.

I just picked up an old marlin 22 that feeds thru the butt stock. I’m refinishing the stock on it. The I plan on making a stock for my Remington 700 7mm. I wanna do most of it by hand tho.
